Thank you Anonymous. I love how you write down twenty things each day that you are grateful for. Studies have been done between two groups of people.The first group did nothing. The second group wrote down the things they were grateful for every day. At the end of the study, the group that did the daily grateful exercises were 25% more happy in general, plus they were more successful in their jobs and their family lives. It's truly amazing how being thankful can actually make us happier! How easy is that?!
